John sent me a response on thumb tack that explained his problem solving technique. He was simple in his explanation yet complete and thorough. When he arrived he went to the suspected problem area and was able to fix the leak in a reasonable amount of time despite the obvious complexity. He made an additional improvement to the drainage of my unit which he suspected might have contributed to my problem. He gave me his price which more than fair. I had someone else look at this prior to John and did not feel that they were being fair in price. In addition, they suggested a replacement of the entire unit that John had repaired. Their price for their coolant (the same one John gave me) was over 4 times more than John charged me.
